Chocolate Banana Bread
This bread is sweet enough for dessert but also makes a great breakfast. With bananas, cocoa, and walnuts, it is satisfying and delicious.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and butter a loaf pan.
- In the bowl of a food processor, mash bananas well with the paddle attachment.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and sugar. Mix well.
- Into the banana mixture, whisk in the cocoa, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix on low to combine. Do not over-mix.
- Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap it on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool completely on a cooling rack.
Notes
If serving for dessert, try this bread warm with vanilla ice cream.
