This healthy soup with butternut squash, sweet potato, apple, vegetable broth, and spices is cooked all day then blended up into a delicious appetizer or can be a meal on its own.

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your crockpot and stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the soup. If you don't have an immersion blender you can use a regular blender or a food processor, blending in batches.
- Keep blending until smooth and no lumps of vegetables are left.
- To serve you can stir in a swirl of heavy cream or sour cream or top with croutons.
