This olive oil dipping sauce is a delicious Italian-style dip made with extra virgin olive oil, dried spices, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese that's perfect for bread.

Ingredients

1/2 Tbls dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tbls parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

Instructions

Place all the herbs and spices in a bowl. Pour in the olive oil and stir.
Add in the garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Give it and stir and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Stir and serve at room temperature with crusty bread
