Here's a recipe for hot chocolate from Eagle Brand that I like to call Magick Hot Chocolate. I used to bring it to my daughters' soccer games and serve it to the team. Whenever they won, they attributed their success to the "magic hot chocolate" I would serve them. You can keep some condensed milk on hand for cold days and whip up a batch of this rich hot chocolate anytime.

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
6 1/2 cups hot water
mini marshmallows or whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. mix well.
Slowly stir in water. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream. Store covered in the refrigerator.
