  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Butter twelve ramekins (Can also use a muffin tin). Crack an egg into each ramekin.
  2. Drizzle each egg with 1-2 tsp of heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with one tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
  3. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Place the eggs into the oven and cook 7-8 minutes for soft, 9-10 minutes minutes for semi-soft, and 11-12 minutes for firm centers.
