This Dark Chocolate Almond Joy Fudge is so quick and easy to make and comes out perfect every time. Dark chocolate fudge made with coconut and sliced almonds is the perfect combination.

- Line a 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper leaving an overhang to help remove the fudge from the pan.
- In a large bowl, that is microwave-safe, add dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook the mixture in the microwave at 50% power until the chips are melted. This should take around 3-5 minutes. Make sure that you stir the mixture a couple of times during the cooking process.
- After the chips are melted, quickly stir in the coconut and almonds completely.
- Pour into parchment lined pan and smooth with the back side of a spoon. Refrigerate until set. Using the overhang, lift the fudge out of the pan and place it on a cutting board. Peel off the parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.
