In a large bowl, or the bowl of your stand mixer, whisk together all the ingredients. Mix long enough so the sugar is dissolved and the molasses has been completely incorporated.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to your machine's directions. It will take about 30 minutes.
