- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter or spray with nonstick cooking spray a 9 x 3 loaf pan. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mash bananas completely.
- Add brown sugar to bananas and mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add vanilla, maple syrup, and melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Over the mixing bowl, sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined but don't overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, and tap the pan once on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes. When time is up, turn off the oven and leave in the bread with the door ajar for 10 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
