I love Glazed Carrots! They're so easy to whip up, and the result is simply delightful. Not only are they bursting with color, but they're also incredibly scrumptious. You can enjoy them any day of the week, whether you're cooking for one or hosting a special occasion like Thanksgiving or Christmas.

- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add carrots, cooking for 2 minutes, remove from skillet.
- Pour whisky into skillet and allow to evaporate 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium, and add remaining butter. When butter is melted, sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Stir together, then add carrots back to the skillet. Cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and add salt and pepper. Continue cooking until carrots are cooked and glaze thickens, about 5 more minutes.
