These waffles are super crisp on the outside, light as a feather inside and so delicious! This light and fluffy homemade Belgian Waffle recipe is very easy to make from scratch. Try adding fruit or other toppings and I think you’ll find you will never need another waffle recipe!

- In the bowl of your stand mixer, whisk eggs until fluffy. Beat in milk, cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the mixer bowl while it's running at slow speed. Mix just until combined.
- Let batter rest for 5 minutes (You will see bubbles forming).
- Spray the preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
