These waffles are super crisp on the outside, light as a feather inside and so delicious! This light and fluffy homemade Belgian Waffle recipe is very easy to make from scratch. Try adding fruit or other toppings and I think you’ll find you will never need another waffle recipe!

  1. In the bowl of your stand mixer, whisk eggs until fluffy. Beat in milk, cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
  2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Slowly add the dry mixture to the mixer bowl while it's running at slow speed. Mix just until combined.
  4. Let batter rest for 5 minutes (You will see bubbles forming).
  5. Spray the preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
