Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add flour, salt, and baking powder to the bowl of your stand mixer.
  2. With dough hook attachment, begin mixing on medium and slowly add oil and water.
  3. When oil and water are mixed in, continue mixing on low for an additional minute, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Transfer your dough ball onto a well-floured surface. Cut the ball into four quarters. Shape each quarter into a ball, then cut each into four quarters again. You will have 16 pieces.
  5. Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Heat a large skillet (I prefer cast iron) over medium-high heat.
  7. Meanwhile, begin rolling out your dough balls into approximate circles (or you can use a tortilla press). Be sure to keep the rolling pin and work surface floured.
  8. When the skillet is hot, place a tortilla into the skillet. Allow to cook for 1 minute on each side. Repeat this process for each tortilla.

About

Welcome in. On this site we will be exploring the world of Magick..that’s right, there is a K in there even though everyone will be telling me it is spelled wrong. I meant to add that K..You see, magic without the K has a different meaning.
