These croissants are very easy to make with packaged puff pastry. They are so decadent with peanut butter and chocolate filling. Everyone will love them, and they only take a few minutes to make.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut each sheet of defrosted puff pastry into six equal rectangles.
  3. On one side of each rectangle, place 1 Tbls chocolate chips with 1 tsp peanut butter on top.
  4. Fold the other side of the rectangle over the filling and seal three sides with the tines of a fork.
  5. Brush the tops of the pastries with heavy whipping cream to cover.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.


You can change out the peanut butter for nuts or fruit jams (raspberry goes really well with the chocolate), or both!
