Marinated Steak Wraps
- Prepare the marinade by combining all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Place flank steak strips in a gallon-sized baggie and pour marinade over it. Seal the bag and shake to cover the meat with marinade completely. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 6 hours to overnight.
- Remove the meat from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add the pepper and onion strips and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the steak strips to the pan. Saute, stirring often until meat is cooked through to your liking, 8-10 minutes.
- Serve steak strips with tortillas, peppers and onions, cheese, sour cream or whatever you like in your wrap.
