Here's a simple and flexible tortelli recipe that can be customized to your liking. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cook the diced bacon in a large pan until almost crisp. Add shallots and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, salt, and peppers. Stir until slightly thickened and the cheese is melted. Stir in cooked tortellini.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is brown and the cheese is melted.
