These scrumptious Italian Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect appetizer or snack for any day of the week! The irresistible blend of garlic, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley creates an explosion of flavor in every single bite. Trust me, once you try these, you’ll want to make them all the time!

These Stuffed Mushrooms are anything but ordinary. You get a combination of sweetness from the onions and saltiness from the romano cheese.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the stems and onions and saute for about 10 minutes or until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Stir in garlic and saute for about a minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in breadcrumbs, Romano, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the mushrooms generously with the filling.
- Place on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are golden.
